Bug Description

Installing pt-agent on slave results in this message:

"""
MySQL is a slave and /etc/percona/agent/my.cnf does not exist. To install the agent, please enter the MySQL username and password to use. The MySQL user must have SUPER and USAGE privileges on all databases, for example: GRANT SUPER,USAGE ON *.* TO pt_agent'@'localhost'. If the agent has been installed on the master, you can use the MySQL username and password in /etc/percona/agent/my.cnf on the master. CTRL-C to abort install.
"""

The agent should check for an existing pt_agent@localhost users (created on/from master) and give a more clear message or suggested action.
