Bug Description

Customer was confused with the fact that after upgrading to 2.2 pt-query-digest --print didn't worked any more, and nowhere in the docs it's mentioned it was being removed in this version. Ideally http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-toolkit/2.2/release_notes.html should mention something like "pt-query-digest --print is deprecated; please use --output=slowlog instead".
