Bug Description

This is about the documentation about pt-slave-delay
The manpage contains a section about privileges.

pt-slave-delay requires the following privileges: PROCESS, REPLICATION
       CLIENT, and SUPER.

I had a quick look at the code and I think that at least the connection to the master does not need all those privileges, specially the super privilege is not needed.

I suggest to split the privileges part in two sections.
What privileges are needed to connect to the slave.
What privileges are needed to connect to the master.

The super privilege should be avoided by all means, please see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1074887 for rationale.

Yes, we should document privs in this and other tools perhaps. See also bug 1074887.
