Bug Description

The server version is Percona-Server-5.1.63-rel13.4-443.Linux.x86_64

$ perl pt-config-diff ./my.node.cnf h=127.0.0.1
1 config difference
Variable ./my.node.cnf xxx
========================= ============= ===========================
log_slow_verbosity full microtime,query_plan,innodb

Also does not handle variables like slow_query_log_use_global_control.

# diff ~/git-my.cnf /etc/my.cnf
122a123,124
> slow_query_log_use_global_control = all
> log_slow_verbosity = innodb,microtime,profiling

# pt-config-diff --version
pt-config-diff 2.2.17

# pt-config-diff ~/git-my.cnf /etc/my.cnf
