Bug Description

Currently queries triggered by triggers in MySQL are not being logged in the slow query log. It would be good to mention this in documentation so it's clear one should not expect them to be logged. Otherwise, however, it would be nice to have them logged.

Split off documentation request to bug 1092036 and keeping this one for the feature request. The feature request needs re-triage.
