ps_tokudb_admin cannot install tokudb remotely

Bug Description
Because it takes params like host and port the user might think that he can use the script from one computer to install/uninstall tokudb on another one when in fact he can't.
If you try that you'll get mess - it will try to disable transparent huge pages and fix my.cnf locally and install tokudb on the remote server.
I'm not sure who would even try that but probably there should be info in the docs and in the script "--help" that the script should be used locally only.
