Unnecessary ghostscript in build dependency for Debian packages

Bug Description
For some reasons our Debian packaging defines ghostscripts as a build dependency for PS 5.5 and 5.6. I don't see any reasons for that.
Debian MySQL 5.5 packages do have ghostscript in Build-Depends, which is probably where it's been copied from to PS 5.5 and 5.6. However, there's no such dependency in Debian MySQL 5.6.
