At the moment I do not have the opportunity to provide excerpts from bin-logs, as I rolled all the problematic server to version 5.5.17 after the occurrence of this problem.
Indicate the particular query was not possible, unfortunately, because We use mixed and row based replication, and bin logs was difficult to say what caused the fall.
We have encountered this problem on about 20 different servers with very different databases and schemas.
The first thing I did when faced with this problem - I disabled the query cache, but this had no impact on the situation.
