Bug Description
We need to merge the kewpie test runner into the various Percona Server trees.
Writing this bug to track the work / for release notes / etc.

Have prepared a tree for the 5.1 branch that merges in kewpie, creates make targets, etc.
5.5 / 5.6 remain to be done.
