Bug Description

We should explicitly mention that it is not safe to switch off innodb_fast_checksums, since InnoDB will fail to start on data files created when innodb_fast_checksums was enabled.

If one would like to switch off innodb_fast_checksum - it will require tables re-creation first.

it's not just running CREATE TABLE again or ALTER TABLE, but it affects system tablespace too, right?
