Debug build is broken due to compile time assert in

Bug Description

I'm getting the following when trying to make a debug build with BUILD/compile-pentium-debug-max-no-ndb In function 'int init_common_variables(const char*, int, char**, const char**)': error: size of array 'compile_time_assert' is negative
make[2]: *** [mysqld.o] Error 1
make[2]: Target `all-am' not remade because of errors.
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2

Compilation exited abnormally with code 2 at Wed Nov 10 18:20:59

Can be repeated even without using the BUILD/* scripts. Just configure with --with-debug=full.
