Percona mysqld got signal 11

I have a problem with Percona 5.7.21-21-3.trusty
My OS is Ubuntu 14.04.5
My Kernel is 4.9.78-21 #1 SMP Mon Jan 29 13:18:17 UTC 2018 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Some time ago Percona began to break with segfault:

It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 2623199254 K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.
