"Incorrect key file for table" frequently for tokudb

Bug Description
Percona version is 5.7.18 adn 5.7.20.
The tokudb tables are frequently failed, and the only ways to fix the fail table is:
1. alter table xxx engine=tokudb
2. drop index and create index again
The fail table could be big or small. And the error may happend event if only one client do the dml on this that and multiple client reads this table.
Is there any way to address this bug?
