Percona Server 5.7.19 binary builds cannot run with glibc <= 2.13 and might require separate binary downloads

When running debian 7 (that comes with glibc 2.13), we can't upgrade from 5.7.18 to 5.7.19 because there is a strong requirement of glibc >= 2.14.

I think that you should do just like MariaDB does and offer separate download links depending on the glibc version.
