Bug Description

Currently, if popen call in mysqltest fails, it is diagnosed as follows:

rpl.rpl_row_mixing_engines 'row' w3 [ fail ]
        Test ended at 2017-03-07 12:15:01

It should provide errno at least.

It was OOM every time. Postponing until re-emerges.
