Bug Description

When upgrading from debian wheezy to jessie with percona-server-server-5.6 installed, it won't be upgraded to the jessie version, because the jessie version appears to be lower then wheezy's.

5.6.32-78.1-1.wheezy > 5.6.32-78.1-1.jessie

The version number is the same, so the only difference is wheezy/jessie, but jessie is first alphabetically.
So I had to force the install with:
"aptitude install percona-server-server-5.6=5.6.32-78.1-1.jessie"
The following packages will be DOWNGRADED:
  percona-server-server-5.6
