Bug Description

http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=76627 (MySQL/InnoDB mix buffered and direct IO) is about the same tablespace being opened in cached mode first and O_DIRECT mode later. It was fixed by making os_file_create_simple_no_error_handling_func set O_DIRECT. But this fix was auto merged to Percona Server, leaving ALL_O_DIRECT case unhandled.
