Bug Description

Only the userstat is turned on. thread_statistics needs to be turned on separately as per: https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/5.6/diagnostics/user_stats.html

The result file - percona_userstat.result - doesn't have anything output for thread_statistics either.
