Bug Description

Currently if you want to use TokuDB HotBackup utility/library with PS you need to manually do LD_PRELOAD of libHotBackup library.
So this is a request to make automatic LD_PRELOAD in mysqld_safe script (just like for jemalloc is done).
This might change later, but currently seems like the best solution.
