Bug Description

Currently, transactions killed by innodb_kill_idle_transaction doesn't log into any database table or error log. It would be nice to enable logging for killed transactions from innodb_kill_idle_transaction into error log for analysis. I think record killed transactions with log_warnings = 2 should suffice.
