Bug Description

It would be nice for http://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/5.6/installation.html to give more details about configuration files created (/etc/mysql/debian.cnf) and NOT created (/etc/my.cnf or /etc/mysql/my.cnf NOT created, /etc/mysql/conf.d NOT created because of https://bugs.launchpad.net/percona-server/+bug/1206648 ) and some hints for the users on what they may want to change in the new installation (with references to /usr/share/mysql/my-default.cnf etc).

Users get lost trying to find out on what file to use to change server variables for their fresh server that is up and running, before restarting it. Some of them may expect to find /etc/my.cnf installed by default on a fresh system, so documentation should be clear about this.
