Bug Description
Documentation (http://
"Specifies which variables have global scope instead of local. Value is a “flag” variable - you can specify multiple values separated by commas
none: All variables use local scope
all Global variables has effect (instead of local)"
One would assume from the text above that "all" means all 5 options listed above, but this is not the case:

mysql> show variables like 'slow_query_
+-----
| Variable_name | Value |
+------
| slow_query_
+------
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
mysql> set global slow_query_
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)
mysql> show global variables like 'slow_query_
+------
| Variable_name | Value |
+------
| slow_query_
+------
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
mysql> show session variables like 'slow_query_
+------
| Variable_name | Value |
+------
| slow_query_
+------
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
So, both globally and for current session only 3 out of 5 options seem set.
This is the same issue as bug 1016991.
