Bug Description

The atomic patch introduced new warnings when building on non-Linux platforms:

/Users/kaa/src/launchpad/percona-server/5.5/Percona-Server/storage/innobase/os/os0file.c:1384: warning: unused parameter ‘name’
/Users/kaa/src/launchpad/percona-server/5.5/Percona-Server/storage/innobase/os/os0file.c:1385: warning: unused parameter ‘file’

That, in particular, breaks debug builds on OSX.
