Bug Description
Idea from Facebook patch. Test that fake changes transactions are not binlogged.
Facebook testcase at https:/
I think it's possible to make slightly smaller testcase that is not "rpl" but "binlog" directly, SHOW MASTER STATUS position and SHOW BINLOG EVENTS testing should be enough.
