Remove snprintf("%llu") from slow query log extensions

Bug Description
5.6 added %llu and %lld format specifiers for my_b_printf(). Thus workaround of sprintfing long long vars to a temp buffer in the slow query log first is no longer required. Maybe not only in the slow query log.
