mysqldump gives malformed CHANGE MASTER query when using --include-master-host-port

Bug Description
Using mysqldump Ver 10.13 Distrib 5.5.24, for Linux (x86_64) from Percona server 5.5.24 doing mysqldumps with --dump-slave --master-data=1 --include-
It comes out looking like
CHANGE MASTER TO MASTER_
The problem is the value for MASTER_PORT is in quotes. mysql chokes on this as it requires an unquoted integer value.
