Bug Description

Using mysqldump Ver 10.13 Distrib 5.5.24, for Linux (x86_64) from Percona server 5.5.24 doing mysqldumps with --dump-slave --master-data=1 --include-master-host-port options output a malformed CHANGE MASTER query.

It comes out looking like

CHANGE MASTER TO MASTER_HOST='master-server', MASTER_PORT='3325', MASTER_LOG_FILE='master-server-bin.000741', MASTER_LOG_POS=337983289;

The problem is the value for MASTER_PORT is in quotes. mysql chokes on this as it requires an unquoted integer value.
