Bug Description
[In:Percona Server Documentation]
The docs state "estimate: If the oldest modified age exceeds 1/2 of the maximum age capacity, InnoDB starts flushing blocks every second." The actual limit in the source code is 1/4, not 1/2, and has been this way since day one.
Thanks to Jay Janssen for pointing this out.

This is for 5.5 only. In 5.1 the limit in the source code and in docs is 1/2.
It looks like 5.5 limit was changed during the initial port to 5.5.
