libdrizzle-devel deps not available anymore in EPEL repository

Bug Description
percona-playback can not be installed on CentOS 6 because it seems the libdrizzle-devel rpm is not available anymore in EPEL repo.
If such deps has been retired (recently) from EPEL, can you, at percona, host those libs on you repo in a way to maintain consistent the installation of percona-playback with yum/repositories ?

Note that you need "libdrizzle" to install percona-playback. You only need "libdrizzle-devel" if you want to *build* percona-playback.
Perhaps Percona Playback should be updated to use libdrizzle 5.1, and the RPM for this dependency should be included in Percona's repositories to make it more convenient for users.
