Bug Description

Following compilation and installation instructions: PAM plugin was built fine, installed, enabled in MySQL. User created.

But while testing user authenticated via pam, mysql reports:

root@lucid:~/percona-pam-for-mysql# mysql --protocol=tcp --user=pamuser --default-auth=auth_pam --plugin-dir=/usr/lib/plugin/ test
ERROR 2059 (HY000): Authentication plugin 'auth_pam' cannot be loaded: not a plugin

See description of option:

--default-auth=name Default authentication client-side plugin to use

after changes related to https://blueprints.launchpad.net/percona-pam-for-mysql/+spec/use-dialog were merged, there is no client-side plugin named auth_pam. PAM uses dialog plugin as client-side authentication plugin.
