Bug Description
to fix:
* rewrite DECIMAL filters - as of 5.0.3 DECIMAL is binary encoded value
* BLOBs are supported
* UTF-8 is handled by crate_defs.pl - rewrite the respective part
* remove "Multiple Table Definitions"
* Introduce -U option (and probably make a separate chapter describing all other contraints_parser's options)
