Bug Description

On the page http://www.percona.com/software/mysql-innodb-data-recovery-tools/ only page_parser and constraints_parser is mentioned.
However the toolkit includes fetch_data.sh, innochecksum, ibdconnect (and myinsane soon) besides those two.
