When I use the menu link to log into MS office applications it keeps reseting the log in screen before I can entre my email and password

I am using a Dell E7440 with the latest Peppermint 10 re-spin. When I try to use the menue links to MS Office applications the login screen keeps refreshing every 10 seconds or so preventing input of login email and password.

I can use Firefox web browser Directly and log into my account without issue so it is not a Firefox issue.

While this is not a major issue for me as I install an offline Office suit, this is a user issue for those who wish to access office from the menu as advertised.
