Bug Description

I have this evening 27th April 2019 installed the latest set of updates for the 32 bit version of Peppermint 9 Respin.
On rebooting after the install I found the system had been corrupted and would not boot. I have subsequently reinstalled Peppermint 9 Respin successfully from a live disc, but again following installation of the latest updates the newly installed OS was corrupted in the same way and would not boot.

This could be serious as it may affect every 32 bit pc running Pepp 9 Respin.

Thank you,
Andrew.

TIA.
