power manager prompt

Bug Description
When the laptop battery reaches around 4%, there is a prompt and option from the power manager
"System is running on low power. Save your work to avoid losing data"
buttons Syspend the system or Shutdown the system
The escape key does not dismiss the prompt after AC power is applied.
Maybe the prompt should be dismissed when AC power is applied...
