Chromium Browser is not rendered on maximizing

Bug Description
When I minimize and then maximize the Application windows of some applications, for example Chromium Browser shipped with Peppermint 5, only a part of the window is drawn. If I hover the mouse on the upper half some elements start to appear.
Clicking on the elements may draw the page further, for example clicking on a tab in Chromium fully renders the page.
