Bug Description
The X-Forwarded-Proto header is used in load balancing when you terminate https connections and then forward them to http environments. It indicates that responses should reference the https:// website rather than the url that was passed.
Routes has functionality to handle X-Forwarded-Proto headers which exposes the host_url with the https:// prefix if the header is set and it would be nice if pecan could handle this for us as well.
