Bug Description

While pecan has supported pypy for some time, we've never really made it "official". We need to:

* Add the proper trove classifier to https://github.com/stackforge/pecan/blob/master/setup.py
* Work with OpenStack infra to get pypy tests running in the gate for pecan changesets.
