with ./configure --disable-gl DRC works as expected
with ./configure --enable-gl the DRC window no longer shows the helpful images of the DRC violations, they are replaced with squares of solid colour.

I've tested further, and found that the bug only shows up under very specific conditions:
1. The bug only shows up under a dual monitor set up, where each monitor is set up as a separate X screen (ie not using Nvidia TwinView).
2. The bug only shows up when PCB is launched in one monitor and the DRC window is placed in the other monitor. Placing the DRC window in the same monitor that PCB was launched from works around the bug.

I've found a similar issue using an NVidia GeForce 7300 GT.

Used to work ok, but after a driver upgrade (173.14.37) I'm seeing
similar issues with DRC locations and images.

I figure it's a OpenGL driver bug.

Marking this as invalid, because it's apparently not a pcb bug. If you find a pcb mug in this misbehaviour, please open a new bug.

It's still behaving like this with gl enabled in FC-13. Configuring with --disable-gl solves the crashes.
