Bug Description
Currently, the Dialog "PCB User Input" is modal. This is unfortunate, because it prevents me from pan and zoom while collecting items for a search.
To reproduce:
1) open PCB
2) do Select -> Select_By -> All_Objects
The dialog "PCB User Input" pops up
3) try to zoom and pan
Suggestion: Make the dialog non-modal.
