Bug Description
This patch takes all the regular expression routines to one file and adds fallback to strcmp if no regular expression engine provided.
It also changes the meaning of '+' and similar characters. Instead of '+' it passed '\+' to the regular expressions engine.
So the usual "+5V" is matched as expected for most users.

In the last one I used REG_NOSUB in wrong way.
