add morphpolygon to the menu of the GUI

Bug Description
Currently, the action morphpolygon cannot be reached via the menu.
Suggestion: Add an entry in the select menu.

Another option - remove it altogether - as in the Pours branch. MorphPolygon is not a particularly useful thing to do with our current file-format.
