Bug Description

version 20080202, Compiled on Feb 13 2008 at 21:37:06 (from the Ubuntu v9.04 repository).

 "Buffer-mirror left/right" and"Buffer-mirror up/down" does not work

It looks like it works with traces but will not work with text or elements:

You can't mirror the element because the elements are typically not prodiced with mirrored variants.
You can't mirror the text because probably developers thought that mirrored text is not what you typically want; as far as I know, though, there _is_ a low-level possibility to get a mirrored text.

What do you think about it?
