Better Control of Postscript Output

Bug Description

pcb does a decent job with the set of prints produced by ps output. However, this is no flexibility in this approach. I wish, there was an interface to define a set of prints according to the local preferences.
E.g., if I populate the board myself, I like to print assembly prints with refdes and with values too. By contrast, my favorite assembly house prefers printouts which include pads and pins, but does not show tracks.

For better readability color should depend on the type of object. SMD pads should be drawn with light color, different from the color of pins or vias. Refdes should be plain black, while graphics on silk may be grey. Outline print of some classes of objects would be nice, too. Currently, none of this can be done, because the export HID only look at layers.

It should be possible to configure print properties of objects according to type and layer.
