Bug Description
When creating a footprint in PCB, you eventually use
the context menu to convert the selected markings/pads
into an element, upon which a small diamond appears
where you right-clicked, indicating where you've placed
the main element handle.
Attached to this handle is a second, invisible "element
name" handle, which only appears when you manage to
grab and move it. It would be beneficial to make this
element name handle visible while editing a component.
Otherwise, you have to give the element a temporary
name (e.g. "ZZZ"), move the name (and by extension, the
element name handle) where you want it, and then remove
the name information before you copy the element into
the buffer and save to disk.
