Selectable drill in drill report

When opening the Drill summary, the drills report be
clicable, and when clicking on it, select on the design all
the drills with these size.
Itas a good way to, for example, change all the drills with
30 mils to 28 mils with a ChangeDrillSize(SelectedPins, -2)
function.
When calling that function with pins and vias selected, the
pcb crashes. So, I think, the selection must be in the vias
or pins column (never both at the same time).

I fixed the bug r.e. ChangeDrillSize(SelectedPins... That
was actually caused when it tried to change the drill
associated with SMD pads, which of course don't have drills!
I think the clickable selection is a good idea and will work
on it.
