Can not move/copy simple element.

Bug Description

Attached is a very simple board containing a 1mm fiducial. (implemented as a single-pad SMT component)

The component may be selected, but copy and pasting does not work. It is not locked.

The attached file works fine for me on PCB version 20091103. Select the fiducial, Ctrl-X to cut to buffer, and then multiple pastes work perfectly.

Are you selecting it by clicking on it, or dragging a rectangle across it? The first selects just the pad, the second selects the whole element.

I managed to reproduce the bug with both, the last release and current git:

1. Move the mouse over the pad (without clicking).

2. Hit Ctrl-C on the keyboard.

After that you can't select the pad. Even odder, you can't move the crosshair above or left of the pad any longer. Just as if the pad center would be the new top left corner of the layout area.
