lines on lineout layer shortcut pins

Bug Description

Lines placed on a layer seem to be regarded as electric connection between pins. Consequently, an update of rat lines complain about shortcuts in the log window and the affected pins are highlighted. The lineout layer is neither in the solder nor in the component group.
SMD pads are immune to this illness.

Also in a gerber export, all those pins get rendered in the outline.

Please make sure the outline layer is in its own layer group, and see if it's still a problem.

Well. The original description talked about rat lines being considered to be an electrical connection. I tried with current Git and this doesn't happen (any more).

The nwer description talks about "lines on a layer". Yes, lines on a layer are seen as electrical connection. That's the whole purpose of the application. Pins are connected to all layers, that's the current design. Accordingly lines on any layer connect to pins.

As the bug is very old and not reproducible I'm going to close it. If there's still an issue, please open a new one, ideally with a simple layout demonstrating the problem.
