Bug Description
When drawing lines with both horizontal and vertical displacement (and "All-direction lines" switched off), the line is created floating, usually with a 90° line segment and a 45° line segment (with the Shift key as a modifier to determine which comes first).
When clicking the mouse, both line segments are always fixated at the same time. However, this often does not result in the most efficient routing allowed by the design rules, without overshoot. This can be countered by pressing the U(ndo) key during drawing, which makes the second line segment floating again, allowing for adjustment.
Preferred behavior: the a single mouse click only fixates the first line segment, not both at once. The second segment (if present) should be kept floating until a subsequent mouse click happens.
