pcbtest.sh needs to specify the appropriate menu resource file

Bug Description
pcb looks for the menu resource file in the install prefix. However, when you're using the pcbtest.sh script to run it out of the source tree, you want to use the file in the source tree, not the file in the install prefix.
pcbtest.sh need to specify the path to the menu resource files.
