Update zoom action comments in gtk and lesstif hids

In both HIDs, the comments for the "Zoom" action state that pcb's base unit is 0.01 mil. pcb's base unit is actually 1 nm.

I'd just fix this now, but I'm working on something else, and I don't want to forget.

PCB's base unit is nanometers (nm), pcb default units is 0.01 mil (cmil).
